| Proteros Reporter Displacement Assay |
Description: | The assay is based on the displacement of a reporter probe by a test compound. Close proximity of the probe and the targeted kinase result in emission of an optical signal. Binding of a competitive test compound to the kinase (displacement of the reporter probe) results in a diminished assay signal. The displacement of the reporter probe is measured over time for eighteen different compound concentrations in two-fold dilution steps starting from 9.8 μM. |
