| Description: | Binding affinity to the hERG K+ channel was measured by displacement of [35S]-radiolabeled MK499 in membranes derived from HEK 293 cells stably transfected with the hERG gene and expressing I (Kr) channel protein. The reaction mixture was incubated at room temperature for 75 min., and then filtered through GF/B Unifilters (Packard). Radioactivity was counted in Topcount (Packard). |
