| Description: | Assays measuring the enzyme catalyzed phosphorylation of GST-I-kappa-B-alpha were performed by adding enzyme at room temperature to substrate solution and ATP in the presence of test compound. The substrate phosphorylation was quantitated by competition for binding to an antiphospho-I-kappa-B-alpha antibody (SantaCruz Biotechnology no. sc-8404) with fluorescein-labeled as measured using fluorescence polarization. |
