| Description: | The mixture of this enzyme inhibition assay was composed of 10 無 of enzyme (5 U/mL) and 10 無 of each test compound in the series (3a-3s) in 40 無 buffer (100 mM urea, 0.01 M K2HPO4, 1 mM EDTA and 0.01 M LiCl2, pH 8.2). The resulting mixture in for each test compound was incubated for 30 min at 37 蚓 in 96-well plates. Subsequently, the phenol reagents (40 無) (1%, w/v phenol and 0.005%, w/v sodium nitroprusside) and alkali reagent (40 無) (0.5%, w/v NaOH and 0.1% active chloride NaOCl) were dropped down into each well. The absorbance of the colored resultant mixtures was measured after 30 min at 625 nm. |
