| Description: | A stock concentration of 5 nM 3H-1,3-di-(2-tolyl)guanidine (3H-DTG) is prepared in 50 mM Tris-HCl, 10 mM MgCl2, 1 mM EDTA, pH 7.4 (Assay Buffer). Aliquots (50 μl) of radioligand are dispensed into the wells of a 96-well plate containing 100 μl of Assay Buffer. Duplicate 50-μl aliquots of the compound of the disclosure test and Haloperidol positive control reference compound serial dilutions are added. |
