| Description: | E3330 or E3330-amide was preincubated with 2 μL of APE1 (reduced with 1.0 mM DTT for 10 min and then diluted to a concentration of 0.06 mM with 0.2 mM DTT in PBS) in an EMSA reaction buffer that consisted of 10 mM Tris (pH 7.5), 50 mM NaCl, 1 mM MgCl2, 1 mM EDTA, and 5% (v/v) glycerol in a total volume of 16 μL for 30 min. |
